On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar. For best results, burn for 2–3 hours at a time.

Before each burn, trim the wick to about ¼ inch to help your candle burn cleanly and evenly.

Limit burn time to 2–4 hours per session, and replace your candle when about ½ inch of wax is left.

What is the burn time of the candles?
- 75 g candle: lasts 15-18 hours with a properly cared for and trimmed wick – do not burn for more than 2 hours at a time (the container may overheat)
- 200 g candle: lasts 40-45 hours with a properly cared for and trimmed wick. Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time (ideally 2–3 hours per session)
How can I choose my fragrance without being able to smell it?
Each fragrance is exquisitely described to guide your selection — unveiling its top, heart, and base notes, and most importantly, the refined ambiance it creates once your candle is lit.
Do Candles expire? When should I burn mine by?
For the best experience, enjoy your candles within one year of purchase. While it may be tempting to save your favourites, over time the fragrance can soften and the burn quality may diminish.
My wick goes out quickly, what should I do?
Here are a few simple solutions:
Wax tunneling: Gently melt the top surface using a hairdryer or match (be careful with the heat), then soak up the extra wax with a paper towel or smooth it with a blunt knife.
Ash buildup: Remove the black residue from the wick before lighting the candle, otherwise the flame may become weak.
Wick too long: Always trim the cotton wick to about ¼ inch before each use to ensure a steady flame and prevent the candle from going out too quickly.
What is the best way to store my candles?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. Keep them covered with a lid to protect the fragrance and prevent dust. This helps them last longer and smell better.
